We're getting married!

Mahogany Grove Group Campground, Mount Charleston, Nevada

 2:00 PM until Sunday morning

We will be married in a small ceremony in Germany on July 29th, 2021. Please join us for our casual reception  in Mt. Charleston when we return home. We will be serving dinner, drinks, and breakfast. Tent camping is available onsite, but not required. The campground is easily accessible with paved roads and is a 40 minute drive from most places in Las Vegas.

We have all 6 campsites reserved, which means we have the entire campground to ourselves! Each site is labeled with a brown road sign. They're named "Smith", "Young" and "FDR." "CCC", "McNutt" and "Scrugham."

There are parking lots at each of these sites but it is limited. Please carpool when possible.

The campground has plenty of seating at picnic tables, but we highly recommend bringing a camping chair so that you can gather around the fire.

Cell service generally stops around the turn off from Kyle Canyon onto Deer Creek Hwy (to Lee Canyon)

entrance from highway

From Las Vegas, Nevada, take Highway 95 north to the junction with Highway 157/Kyle Canyon. Turn left and travel approximately 18 miles to junction with Highway 158/Deer Creek. Turn right and travel approximately 6 miles to the campground.

2pm- socializing & games

5pm - toast & dinner

6pm - campfire stories & dessert

8pm - dancing & shenanigans

Sunday morning - group hike

We would love if you spent the night with us! There are plenty of tent pads available. Include how many tents you plan to bring on your RSVP

This is entry level camping so if you have never camped before this is a great place to start! The campground is equipped with many picnic tables, grills, campfire circles, tent pads and vaulted toilets. Roads and parking areas are paved and close by which means there are short distances to carry equipment.

We will be serving dinner and breakfast, so all you need to bring are any snacks you might want.

If tent camping isn't your thing, you can easily park a tent trailer or cab-over camper in the parking lot. There are no electrical hookups.

If you decide not to camp, that's okay too! We would still love your company.

There's lodging in the Mt. Charleston area or in Las Vegas.
